:AGTC AGTC Advanced Airport Ground Traffic Control System ) announces today that its Board of Directors voted on Nov. 17, 2004 to pay a fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.01 per share, payable on Jan. 6, 2005 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 18, 2004. The Board announced its intention that its future declaration of quarterly cash dividends would result in prompt payment after the end of each quarter ending December, March, June and September.

Established in 1904, American Gilsonite Co. controls the world's largest known reserves of Gilsonite resin. Gilsonite is a non-hazardous, naturally occurring hydrocarbon resin found in western Colorado and eastern Utah. It is primarily used in printing inks, foundry sands, oil and gas well drilling Well drilling is the process of drilling a hole in the ground for the extraction of a natural resource such as ground water, natural gas, or petroleum. Drilling for the exploration of the nature of the material underground (for instance in search of metallic ore) is best described  muds and oil well cements, asphalt, building materials, and paints and protective coatings. The company currently markets its products in over 35 countries. American Gilsonite Company is a former wholly-owned subsidiary of Chevron Resources Company.
