American General Ventures' unit, ACI Micro Systems, signs distribution and licensing agreement with Prodigy.

ACI Automobile Club d'Italia
ACI American Competitiveness Initiative
 will pre-install the Prodigy Internet software on all of the computers it sells and provide its customers with promotional materials on the Prodigy Internet Service.

Prodigy will pay ACI a bounty for each ACI customer who becomes a Converted Membership Holder of the Prodigy Internet Service. Additionally, Prodigy has agreed to list ACI's Web site and establish a link to ACI's Web site from an appropriate area on the Service.
