American Fire Retardant Corp.'s Wilson Marketing Company Introduces New Product Line.

SAN DIEGO -- American Fire Retardant Corp. (OTCBB:AFRN) announced today that its Wilson Marketing Company division of American Safety Products an AFRC company introduced their camping, hiking and back-to-school 2005 product lines to major retailers.

Wilson Marketing Company, a 19 year old integrated sales and marketing firm that was acquired by AFRC's American Safety Products division early this year has introduced the HoodPak(R) line of multi-purpose bags to the market with tremendous response. These new and patented products feature backpacks that have fully integrated water repellant and sun proof hoods, coolers and a number of unique proprietary designs.

Mr. Ken Wilson said, "We have our sales force in place, the best product line up-to-date and have had very successful meetings over the past month with buyers from a number of major retail chains." He added, "In addition to our new product line we have nationally licensed and branded products that will be introduced to the market later this year."

WMC has successfully launched new products, marketed several brands and developed many new marketing concepts. Their sales and marketing network consists of 12 Sales groups that cover most channels of distribution including Mass Merchants, Discounters, Specialty Stores, Manufacturers and Distribution Companies. Wilson's sales and marketing team is responsible for developing markets for HoodPak(R) and AFRC's line of Fire Safety products in all channels of distribution including Mattress Stores, Home Goods, Hardware Stores, Furniture Stores and the major Drug Chains.
