) announced today that AFRC AFRC Air Force Reserve Command (formerly AFRES)
AFRC Armed Forces Revolutionary Council (Sierra Leone)
AFRC Agricultural and Food Research Council (United Kingdom) 
 and their American Safety Products division are in negotiations with PolyBrite International, a Goeken Group Company, and Westinghouse Lighting Corporation, who approached the company with a development and branding agreement early last month.

PolyBrite International is a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.
