American Fire Retardant Announces Sales Force in Place for TreeSafe.

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 16, 2003

American Fire Retardant Corp. (OTCBB:AFRR) announced today that Delta Ventures, its sales agency, has recruited a national network of sales professionals to sell TreeSafe, its spray-on Christmas Tree fire retardant, across the United States. According to Stephen Owens, President of American Fire Retardant Corp., "Effective October 1, 2003, sixty (60) TreeSafe sales reps will begin making sales calls on major chains."

Ed Grysiewicz, Delta Ventures Managing Director, explains, "We have assigned each sales rep in our network a particular segment of the market to penetrate. We estimate that more than 3,000 retail outlets will be contacted. Our sales force is equipped with TreeSafe brochures, price lists and 24 oz. TreeSafe samples for buyer presentations."

David Theil, Delta Sales Manager, who is responsible for wholesale product sales, explains, "We have instituted a program for organizations like the Boy Scouts, Kiwanis, Charities and Churches to use TreeSafe as a fundraiser."
