American Fire Retardant Announces Marketing Agreement with Delta Ventures.

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 27, 2003

American Fire Retardant Corp. (OTCBB:AFRR) announced today that they have signed a manufacturer's representative agreement with Delta Ventures to market its TreeSafe fire retardant for Xmas trees and wreaths.

According to Steve Owens, president of AFRC, "We chose Delta Ventures for this partnership because of its sales contacts and in-depth knowledge of per-inquiry television sales generation." Owens explains, "For our TreeSafe to be on the shelves and aisle bins of major retail outlets for the Christmas season, the Company's marketing and sales efforts needed to start now and Delta Ventures was prepared to begin immediately." Owens continues, "The marketing plan that Delta presented was very comprehensive in that it set forth the four markets they will be focusing their sales efforts on. The first sales venue will be Major Retail Chains. The second sales arena will be direct-response television which is projected to begin the second week in November. The fourth target market is comprised of Xmas Tree Lots. We will be contacting national and local charity organizations, churches and commercial enterprises to sell them pallets of TreeSafe. The fourth venue is TreeSafe e-commerce sales on the Internet.
