American Financial Realty Trust.


American American, river, 30 mi (48 km) long, rising in N central Calif. in the Sierra Nevada and flowing SW into the Sacramento River at Sacramento. The discovery of gold at Sutter's Mill (see Sutter, John Augustus) along the river in 1848 led to the California gold rush of  Financial Realty realty n. a short form of "real estate." Christopher J. Barone has been promoted to vice president and chief accounting officer from assistant vice president of finance. In his new role, Barone will oversee all financial reporting functions. Barone joined the Company in May of 2006 as assistant vice president of finance and assumed increasing levels of responsibility culminating in his appointment to chief accounting officer. , Barone received a bachelor's of science degree from Lehigh University Lehigh University, at Bethlehem, Pa.; coeducational; chartered and opened 1866 by Asa Packer. It has undergraduate colleges of arts and science, business and economics, and engineering and applied science, as well as several graduate programs.  in 1986.

Yelena Suris has been promoted to assistant vice president of budgeting and planning where she will be responsible for the Company's internal financial reporting, corporate financial planning Corporate financial planning

 and forecasting and support the Company's communications with analysts and investors. An accomplished financial manager, Suris joined the Company in April 2007 as director of budgeting and planning. Prior to AFR, Suris worked for seven years as a commercial, financial and portfolio management analyst for a number of divisions within General Electric. She graduated with a bachelor's of business administration degree from Temple University's Fox School of Business Management in 1999.

Elizabeth ("Betty") Anela has been promoted to assistant vice president for lease administration where she will be responsible for overall operations and management of the Company's lease administration department. Anela joined the AFR in November 2006 as manager of lease administration. Prior to joining the Company, Anela served as the lease administration and collections manager for a privately held real estate company in the Philadelphia area.

Christopher S. Lindberg will assume the role of vice president of brokerage overseeing its in-house In-house

It was renamed Drexel Institute of Technology in 1936 and gained university status in 1970.  in 1994 with a bachelor's of science in business administration.
