American Film Festival's -ABFF- Move to South Beach, Florida Should Have Immediate Impact on the Revenues of Automax Group Inc.

The American Film Festival (formerly the Acapulco Film Festival, ABFF) is now being held in South Beach, Fla. at the end of June. This great event will have a major impact on the revenues of Automax Group Inc. (Pink Sheets:AUMX). Many of the celebrities who will be appearing at the Film Festival have availed themselves of the unique services provided by the Company in the past and it is anticipated that the entire fleet of luxury vehicles will be in service during the course of the festival.

Automax recently added a 2003 Lincoln Navigator, 500SL Mercedes, Cadillac Escalade and a late model Bentley Azure convertible to its fleet of 25 luxury vehicles. The Company estimates that with the addition of these luxury vehicles, gross revenues should increase by 20%.

Gary Maratta, President of Automax Group, Inc., stated that he "anticipates revenues for the calendar year 2002 to exceed $3,000,000, net EBITDA of approximately $750,000."

The NASDAQ Stock Market Inc. recently announced the formation of a new stock market; the Bulletin Board Exchange (BBX) will replace the OTCBB in early 2003. The BBX will have an electronic trading system to allow order negotiation and automatic execution. It is anticipated the Company will file application for listing on the exchange in the future.
