Richard Frasch, president of Cargill Animal Nutrition, Minneapolis, has assumed the chairmanship of the board of directors of the American Feed Industry Association, Arlington, Va. He succeeds Dwight Armstrong of North American Nutrition Companies, Inc., Lewisburg, Ohio. Steve E. Koenig, president and CEO of Bioproducts, Inc., Fairlawn, Ohio, has been named chair-elect. Frasch has been with Cargill since 1978. In 1998, he became president of Cargill Animal Nutrition, where he manages feed operations worldwide.
