The American Farm Bureau Federation selects Richard W. Newpher to serve as its new chief administrative officer. Newpher previously served 12 years as the executive director of public policy for AFBE Mark Maslyn is selected to replace Newpher as executive director of public policy. He previously served as deputy director of AFBF AFBF - American Farm Bureau Federation (Farm Bureau)'s Washington office.
