Mr. Glenn will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's relationships with merchants that accept the American Express Card in Canada and the U.S., including acquiring new merchants and maintaining positive relationships with American Express' current merchant base.

The Establishment Services Group is responsible for ensuring that Cardmembers can use American Express Cards wherever they want. Card acceptance and use is growing in a wide variety of industries - including retail, healthcare, home improvement, government services, charities and supermarkets. Mr. Glenn brings a broad range of experience to his new position, including successful roles in sales, operations and customer service. He began his career as a sales rep for Procter & Gamble and subsequently held sales management Sales Management Role and Goal
Importance of sales management is critical for any commercial organization. Expanding business in not possible without increasing sales volumes, and effective sales management goal is to organize sales team work in such a manner that ensures a

Mr. Glenn replaces Steve Squeri who is now President of the Global Commercial Card unit of American Express Global Corporate Services Activities that combine or consolidate certain enterprise-wide needed support services, provided based on specialized knowledge, best practices, and technology to serve internal (and sometimes external) customers and business partners. .
