Terms of the deal are not being disclosed. John Harriman, who heads the Schroders Miami operation, and the other relationship managers in that office are expected to join the American Express Private Bank unit in Miami. "We intend to provide continuity of personal service to clients in Latin America Latin America, the Spanish-speaking, Portuguese-speaking, and French-speaking countries (except Canada) of North America, South America, Central America, and the West Indies.  and expand their product choices through access to the global banking and asset management capabilities of American Express," says Harriman.
