, appointed new members to the Board of Directors of AMER. Three outside directors were appointed to assist the Board of Directors with the future operation and management of AMER. One more board member is to be named in the near future. Until recently, the Board of Directors of AMER had been comprised of AESI AESI Associated Engineering Sciences Inc  affiliates. The new outside directors are:

Robert J. MacKinnon, was employed by Siemens Medical Systems, Inc. for 24 years serving as President and C.E.O. for 8 of those years. As President and C.E.O. for Siemens Medical Systems, Inc., Mr. MacKinnon managed and directed the business operations Business operations are those activities involved in the running of a business for the purpose of producing value for the stakeholders. Warner, currently serves as the Chairman/C.E.O. of CB Corporate Finance, Inc., which is a management company for private equity funds, including CB Private Equity Partners L.P. and Alpine Venture Capital Partners L.P. Mr. Warner also served as President/C.E.O. of Merrill Lynch Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. June Nichols-Sweeney, served as Deputy Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration in Washington, D.C. Ms. Nichols-Sweeney supervised the implementation of programs to promote and expand small business opportunities.
