), and its president, Michael T. Pieniazek, announced today that it has acquired by merger Dynamic Dental Systems, Inc., a high-tech dental company based in Gainesville, Ga. The transaction was completed for a purchase price of 750,000 shares of AMER common stock along with a cash payment of $225,000.

Dynamic Dental Systems, Inc. is a premier provider of digital operatory hardware, cosmetic imaging software and intraoral cameras to the domestic dental market. With the recent addition of digital x-ray systems to its line, Dynamic Dental markets three of the most sought after practice-building technologies in dentistry dentistry, treatment and care of the teeth and associated oral structures. Dentistry is mainly concerned with tooth decay, disease of the supporting structures, such as the gums, and faulty positioning of the teeth.  through an experienced national sales force.
