The Dodge Caravan and Dodge Grand Caravan are minivans manufactured by the Chrysler Group (DaimlerChrysler from 1998).
 to a customer in Vancouver, B.C., Canada.

The seven-seat van is capable of freeway speeds in excess of 70 miles an hour when fully loaded. The van is designed with an energy controller incorporating a microprocessor that allows for extremely efficient use of electrical energy.

American Electric Automobile Co. Inc. has been a developer and converter of electric automobiles since 1988. The cCompany has operations in San Diego San Diego (săn dēā`gō), city (1990 pop. 1,110,549), seat of San Diego co., S Calif., on San Diego Bay; inc. 1850. San Diego includes the unincorporated communities of La Jolla and Spring Valley. Coronado is across the bay.  and Guanzhou, China. One of the company's models, an SUV, was manufactured in China and is currently being tested at the China Electric Automobile Test Facility in Shantou, China. Once the tests are completed satisfactorily, the company plans to import and market the vehicle in the United States.
