) AMERICAN ECO CORPORATION announced a continuation of its record Quarterly earnings for the six month period ending May 31, 1996, increasing nearly four times to US$3.9 million or US$0.41 per share, compared to US$1,135,000 or US$0.17 per share for the same six months of 1995.

Revenues also increased three times to US$65.1 million for the six months, compared to US$20.1 million in 1995. The above results are unaudited.
