American Eco recently announced an increase of 50 percent for Net Income to US$1,879,000 or US$0.27 per share on an average of 6,951,591 shares, for the nine months ended August 31, 1995, compared to US$1.2 million or $0.21 per share on 5,932,590 shares for the same period in 1994. Revenues for the nine months of 1995 reached US$27.4 million. Shareholders equity for the nine months reached US$13.7 million on assets of US$25.2 million. The above results are unaudited.
