J.C. Pennie, Vice-Chairman stated, "Over 98 percent of revenues are now generated by American Eco's US base operating divisions. Revenues for the nine months of 1995 reached US$27.4 million. Shareholders equity for the nine months reached US$13.7 million on assets of US$25.2 million. The above results are unaudited.
