) today announced total sales for the five weeks ended July 6, 1996 increased 17.0% to $28.1 million from $23.9 million for the period ended July 1, 1995.

When including the $10.3 million in last year's sales for the sold outlet stores, sales increased 11.1%. Comparable store sales were up 9.5% versus the corresponding 22 week period last year.
