) will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss fourth quarter earnings results, as well as February sales results on Wednesday, March 2, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. will webcast its fourth quarter earnings conference call live. The call can be accessed at the Company's web site at www.ae.com or www.streetevents.com. The call will also be archived at the above two sites for replay. In addition, the call can be accessed by dialing (877) 601-0864 five to seven minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
