, announced today the completion of the Asset Purchase Agreement between the Company and Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. Under the Asset Purchase Agreement, Bad Toys purchased all of the Company's assets used in the custom motorcycle A custom motorcycle is a motorcycle that is highly stylized or which treats aspects such as frame geometry or engine design in an unusual way compared to standard manufacturing.  manufacturing business. In exchange for the assets Bad Toys will issue 1,818,182 shares of its common stock to American Eagle.
