American Eagle Group Inc. Declares Quarterly Common Stock Dividend and Announces Annual Meetings Date.


DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 27, 1996--American Eagle Group, Inc. announced today the declaration of its quarterly dividend on its common shares. The Board of Directors of American Eagle Group, Inc. declared a cash dividend of $.04 per share on its common stock to be paid on April 19, 1996 to holders of record on April 5, 1996.

American Eagle also announced that the date for its annual meeting of stockholders is May 10, 1996. The record date for the meeting is March 18, 1996.
