American Diversified Holdings Corporation Announces Formation of Body Mass Solutions Canada.

DEL MAR, Calif. -- American Diversified Holdings Corporation (Pink Sheets: ADHC) Announces the Formation of Body Mass Solutions Canada. This is for the purpose of providing a metabolic syndrome management program in an already announced tribal agreement to identify, encourage and educate First Nations People, first in British Columbia and then the rest of Canada, to incorporate positive lifestyle changes to improve their overall health. This program is being formed to service an estimated $70 million market.

Metabolic Syndrome is a set of risk factors that includes abdominal obesity, a decreased ability to process glucose (insulin resistance), dyslipidemia (unhealthy lipid levels) and hypertension. Members who have this syndrome have been shown to be at an increased risk of developing

cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and many other expensive medical issues.

First Nations Peoples are at a 50% greater risk for this syndrome than the general population. There are an estimated 100,000 First Nation People in British Columbia and our program envisions providing twice a year screenings at a cost of $350 per screening, to be paid by the Province of British Columbia health insurance program.

ADHC, as part of the education and communication program to reach many of these people, will be utilizing the capabilities of PoPNetworks, the recently announced acquisition by ADHC.
