 BB:ADGI), announced the receipt from its consultant, Emerging Trends Linkages Corp., of one year purchase contracts for ADGI to distribute pharmaceutical products to the Republic of Guinea in West Africa.

These contracts are a result of a consulting agreement between ADGI and Emerging Trends Linkages Corp. to market ADGI products in West and Central Africa.

The first purchase contract, in the amount of $200,000, is to supply the Central Pharmacy of the Republic of Guinea with ADGI's present product line, including Human Serum Albumin Human serum albumin is the most abundant protein in human blood plasma. It is produced in the liver. Albumin comprises about half of the blood serum protein. It is soluble and monomeric.  (HSA HSA Health Savings Account (US)

Purpose

Diuretics are used to treat the buildup of excess fluid in the body that occurs with some medical conditions such as congestive heart
 and anti-inflammatories, as well as vitamins, among others.

The orders provide for delivery to commence in or about September 1996, and to be completed within 12 months.

ADGI is a distributor of pharmaceutical products and presently represents HSA and Test Kits, and will enter into agreements with manufacturers/suppliers of generic drugs and vitamins to supply the generics and vitamins for this purchase contract. The above contracts represent the first orders from a marketing campaign for ADGI's products in West and Central Africa.
