), and American Digital Communications Inc., mean that the TrackPower(TM) live horse racing service will be able to offer its subscribers a fully interactive wagering and data service before the end of 1999.

Currently TrackPower is a live horse racing service offered to paying subscribers via Echostar's DISH(TM) network.

Under the agreement, Penn National and TrackPower will become the exclusive US licensees of eBet's interactive wagering technology, currently deployed in New Zealand by eBet and featuring wagering on live horse racing from New Zealand and Australia. The new service will be for licensed pari-mutuel wagering only and will operate on a closed-loop subscriber based network.

"TrackPower will be the only horseracing service providing complete access to live racing and wagering through all devices - phone, computer and television."
