American Dental Partners Announces Affiliation with Redwood Dental Group.

WAKEFIELD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 1, 2003

American Dental Partners, Inc., (NASDAQ: ADPI) announced today that the Company completed an affiliation with Redwood Dental Group ("Redwood Dental"). The Company acquired certain non-clinical assets and entered into a 40-year service agreement with the dental group. Founded in 1962, Redwood Dental is a group dental practice with twenty dentists and five facilities located northeast of Detroit, Michigan, generating approximately $12 million in patient revenue annually.
