American Dental Partners Affiliates With University Dental Associates.

American Dental Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ:ADPI) announced today that the Company completed an affiliation with University Dental Associates located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The Company acquired certain non-clinical assets and entered into a 40-year service agreement with the dental group. University Dental Associates, a group dental practice with five general dentists and three specialists, generated $2.1 million of patient revenue in 1998. University Dental Associates is located at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, a medical campus including the Wake Forest University School of Medicine and The North Carolina Baptist Hospitals. All eight dentists of University Dental Associates also serve on the faculty of the Department of Dentistry at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
