American Dental Partners Affiliates With Kenneth P. Dick, D.M.D. and Gary R. Christman, D.D.S.

American Dental Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ:ADPI) announced today that the Company recently completed affiliations with two dental groups located in existing markets, Kenneth P. Dick, D.M.D. and Gary R. Christman, D.D.S. Dr. Kenneth P. Dick's practice is located in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and will join the Company's existing affiliate in Pittsburgh, Chestnut Hills Dental. Dr. Gary R. Christman's practice has two locations, one in Humble and one in Kingwood, Texas and will join the Company's existing affiliate in Houston, TSC Dental Centers. Together these practices, which include seven dentists, generated $2.6 million of patient revenue in 1998.
