American Dairy Reiterates 2005 Financial Guidance; Provides 2006 Financial Expectations.


BEIJING -- American Dairy, Inc. For 2005, the Company expects revenue to be $65-$70 million and expects net income to be $11.0-$12.0 million or $0.70-$0.76 per diluted share.

For 2006, the Company expects revenue to increase to $120 million, and expects net income to increase to $20 million.

Management will provide investors with additional information regarding 2005 financial performance and 2006 financial expectations upon reporting fourth quarter financial results.
