American Dairy Announces Earnings Guidance for Q2 2005.

Six-months Ended June 30, 2005

The Company expects earnings for the six-months ending June 30, 2005, to be between $5.5 million to $5.7 million, or $0.39 to $0.41 per share (non-diluted) and $0.36 to $0.38 per share (diluted), representing profit growth of 111% to 119% from $2,635,236 during the six months ended June 30, 2004.

Revenue is seen within a range of $29.1 to $30.1 million for the six months ended June 30, 2005, representing an increase in sales revenue of approximately $11.3 to $12.3 million or 63% to 69% from $17,768,156 during the six months ended June 30, 2004.
