American Dairy Announces 3Q05 Financial Guidance.


BEIJING -- American Dairy, Inc. The Company expects net income to be $2.8 - $3.0 million, up at least 133% from $1.2 million in the comparable period of 2004, and net income per diluted share of $0.18 - $0.19, based on 15.4 million diluted shares outstanding.
