American Customer Contact Company IRMC Launches American Telecom Giant at Manila Call Center; Philippine Trade Secretary Santos Provides Welcoming Remarks.

, one of America's largest collections and customer service companies, launched its first call center operation in the Philippines with one of America's largest telecommunications companies as its first customer. The center is a 100-seat facility in the RCBC RCBC Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (Metro Manila, Philippines)
