American Custom Components Signs Contract With ISO 9000 Certification Firm.

SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 10, 1998--American Custom Components Inc. (OTC/BB:ACCM) Friday announced selection for ISO 9000 certification. A contract was signed with DNV for certification for both the Santa Ana and the St. Lucia facilities.

ISO 9000 is a series of Standards (published by the International Organization for Standardization -ISO) which define a framework of minimum requirements for the implementation of quality systems to be used in contractual situations. These are standards for a Quality Assurance system that is accepted around the world. Currently 90 countries have adopted ISO 9000 as national standards. When a product or service is purchased from a company that is registered to the appropriate ISO 9000 standard, there are assurances that the quality of the product received will be consistent with these standards.
