) announced today that Oxford returned 3,000,000 shares of the company's stock on Friday. Those shares were retired on Tuesday, March 30.

American Custom Components recently completed the major phases of its acquisition of Loyd International. This acquisition will allow American Custom Components to make a strategic launch into the Active Matrix Liquid Crystal Diode manufacturing (AMLCD (Active Matrix LCD) See active matrix. ) market as well as additional acquisitions of connector and connector related businesses. The AMLCD market generates estimated revenues of $21 billion.
