American Custom Components Receives Tooling Order From Furon Company.

SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 8, 1998--American Custom Components Inc. (OTC/BB:ACCM), Thursday announced that it has received a tooling order from the Furon Company (NYSE:FCY) to begin production on 80 mold tool parts used in Teflon sub-assemblies.

With headquarters in Laguna Niguel, Calif., the Furon Company is a leading designer, developer and manufacturer of highly engineered products made primarily from specially formulated high performance polymer materials, serving both the industrial and healthcare markets worldwide.

Founded in 1955, Furon's products are used in a wide range of applications primarily by original equipment manufacturers in industrial markets and by end-users in healthcare markets.
