American Custom Components Files Formal Name Change From Rainbow Bridge Services Inc.

ANAHEIM, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 7, 1997--Tony Walk, founder and president of American Custom Components (OTCBB:RBBS) Tuesday announced that a name change has been effected as a result of the merger of American Custom Components Inc. into Rainbow Bridge Services Inc.

On Sept. 30, 1997, documents were filed with the State of Nevada formally changing the name Rainbow Bridge Services Inc. to American Custom Components Inc.

A change in the OTC Bulletin Board stock trading symbol, currently RBBS, is expected in the next two weeks. The new symbol has not yet been determined.

American Custom Components (American), a California corporation founded in 1994, is a rapidly growing designer and manufacturer of custom electronic parts and components.

American uses state-of-the-art design and production methods to secure a participation in new technologies that will have a substantial impact on global business.
