American Custom Components Completes Acquisition of Loyd International.

SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 12, 1999--American Custom Components (OTCBB:ACCM) announced today that the company has completed the major phase for the acquisition of Loyd International. Loyd assets worth $10 million dollars have been assigned to ACCM.

The private sale of company founders' shares to Loyd International allows minimum dilution of stock. The company also received confirmation that 3,000,000 shares of stock will be returned within ten days by Oxford International. Those shares will be retired upon return.

John Groom, chief executive officer of American Custom Components, stated that, "As a result of this move, we anticipate $2,500,000 in additional sales this year. In addition, long-term notes of $620,000 have been reduced to $0.
