American Custom Components Announces Management Addition for Director of Sales & Marketing; Former Founder of Company to Return as Director Of Sales & Marketing.

SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 8, 1999--American Custom Components Inc. (OTC\BB:ACCM) Friday announced a management appointment involving the development and implementation of strategic new business opportunities.

Martin (Tony) Walk, 53, has been named to a newly created position, director of Sales & Marketing, reporting to John Groom, president and chief executive officer.

In the new position, Walk will drive the company's new business and technology opportunities, as well as oversee marketing and sales on a worldwide basis. Walk was the founder of American Custom Components in 1994 and is the major shareholder. Walk has held positions as project sales manager and vice president of sales with major electronic companies such as ITT Cannon, Amphenol and Tri-Star Electronics. He has worked offshore as an expatriate with Souriau of France.
