Bach-Hauser Continues Its Rapid Expansion - Signs Letter of Intent

to Build Solid Waste Processing Plant in Georgetown, Guyana 

New York-based Bach-Hauser, Inc. (OTC BB:BHAS) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to build the first Total Recycling System(R) plant in South America. It has begun serious talks with the Mayor and City Council of the city of Georgetown, Guyana to build a Total Recycling System(R) plant in the city which will be capable of effectively recycling the vast majority of the approximately 150 tons of solid waste that the city generates every day.

"Georgetown currently uses a single garbage dump for most of the waste generated by its 178,000 inhabitants and the city's industries. Nobody really knows what is being dumped there, but the city's government knows that without a radically different waste disposal program, preferably one that includes recycling, the health of Georgetown's citizens is at stake. We are working hard to make it possible for the progressive government of Georgetown to implement the Total Recycling System(R)."

The letter of intent was signed with the city of Georgetown, Guyana. It allows for the feasibility of having Bach-Hauser design and build a recycling plant that will utilize the Total Recycling System(R) that will reduce the amount of waste going into the city's landfill and unauthorized dumpsites by as much as 80%. The waste processing plant can handle at least the 55,000 tons of municipal solid waste that Georgetown is already producing per year. The plant will be based on the proprietary technology of TCR Environmental Corp. of Ontario, Canada, for which Bach-Hauser owns worldwide rights, excluding Canada.

The Cleansing Officer and the City Engineer's Department in Georgetown are extremely concerned about the worsening environmental problems caused by the insufficient collection and disposal of the city's solid waste. Since much of the city's consumer and industrial waste is dumped with very little advanced planning, unsanitary conditions have arisen and threaten the health of the population. The city has secured financing for a waste disposal plant and sees the ability of the Total Recycling System(R) to recycle most of the city's waste and sell the recycled materials for a profit as a major benefit.

"Georgetown's leaders know that this plant could potentially solve the majority of the city's immense waste disposal problem simply by implementing Total Recycling System(R). Typically, each Bach-Hauser facility can process up to 40,000 tons per year. Because the city of Georgetown generates approximately 150 tons of garbage per day, the plant there will need to expand to handle the larger amount. It will have to be over 35% larger than a typical Bach-Hauser plant, representing a potential profit of $2.5 to $4 million.
