The current version of the site is in the "Beta" development stage. The new site is planned to become a state of the art portal for Company news, radio broadcasts in streaming audio A one-way audio transmission over a data network. It is widely used on the Web as well as company networks to play audio clips and Internet radio. Computers in home networks stream audio (mostly music) to digital media hubs connected to home theaters. , advertising opportunities, ecommerce, gaming and entertainment. The ACEN web site is planned to feature unique components that will enhance user accessibility to information and entertainment. On the company side of the web site, ACEN will make available to advertising agencies ACEN Network advertising on radio stations in specific geographic areas or over the entire network and on either the ACEN web site or on the individual stations web site. This approach gives advertisers previously unavailable niche opportunities at highly attractive group rates while generating exceptional revenues for ACEN. ACEN is currently operating radio stations in east Texas on a time Brokerage Agreement and expects to execute an Asset Purchase Agreement in the next 10 days to finalize the acquisition of those properties.
