) announced today that it has finalized a Letter of Intent to acquire 100% of privately held On Q Networks, Inc.

On Q Networks, Inc. is an IP Telephony The two-way transmission of voice over a packet-switched IP network, which is part of the TCP/IP protocol suite. The terms "IP telephony" and "voice over IP" (VoIP) are synonymous.  Service Provider (ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider) An ISP or telephone company that provides VOIP phone calls.
