American Commercial Security Services Awarded Bank of America Contract.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 1999--

American Commercial Security Services (ACSS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM), has been awarded a two-year, multi-million dollar contract to provide security officers for Bank of America facilities in Arizona, California, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Oregon and Washington. The contract includes services for administrative offices, data centers and operating facilities. ACSS has provided security to Bank of America for the past 14 years, and was again the successful bidder for this prestigious contract.
