American Commercial Security Services Acquires Foulke Associates in Philadelphia.

), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM), has acquired the operations of Foulke Associates, Inc., a renowned provider of security guard solutions and related services in the Philadelphia suburb of Media, Pennsylvania. The acquisition includes branch offices in Atlanta and West Palm Beach, which serve customers throughout Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

"With the acquisition of Foulke, and the previously announced acquisition of Triumph Security Corporation in New York City, ABM Security Services has increased its presence in the Northeast, enabling us to network services across the nation," said John Moore II, president of American Commercial Security Services.

Founded in 1975 by Charles P. Sexton, Jr., Foulke Associates specializes in a wide range of security services. Upon the company's acquisition, former Vice President Tom Ennis will serve as branch manager for American Commercial Security Services.

Based in Houston, ACSS is one of America's largest security service specialists, with over 6,000 employees and 33 branch offices nationwide.
