ACS (Asynchronous Communications Server) See network access server.  President and Chief Executive Officer, Daniel L. Hefner, today stated, "Contract negotiations which are expected to provide substantial manufacturing contracts and accompanying funding have taken considerably longer than expected. For that reason management has determined that it is unreasonable to withhold communication from our loyal stockholders any longer. Specifics about the ongoing negotiations will remain confidential until a reportable event is recorded, but other news about the company's activities and opportunities will regularly be made known."

Hefner continued, "We remain committed to creating shareholder value through internal growth, acquisition and strategic partnerships. Our expectations remain high that we will complete the current negotiations for manufacturing as well as expanding the relationship with American Fiber Green Products, Inc. Our current operating subsidiaries, International Machine and Chariot Manufacturing Company continue to provide a substantial foundation for growth. Over the next few weeks we will release updates for each operation."

According to Hefner, during the period of near total silence, the company's common stock, trading under the symbol AACS, has declined by almost 40%. He made no comment as to expectations for share price, instead stating that he expected to have a positive investor response to the announcement of resumption of information flow.
