Hefner, President and Chief Executive Officer of ACS (Asynchronous Communications Server) See network access server.  stated, "We are pleased to announce that IMW has closed a loan with its local lender, Valrico State Bank. This loan is a three year term refinancing of its prior promissory note. The rate of interest is 7.5% and maturity is December 2008."

This loan is personally guaranteed by Mr. Hefner.
