American Chemet, Deerfield, IL, will expand production facilities to serve the growing markets for cuprous cuprous /cu·prous/ (ku´prus) pertaining to or containing monovalent copper. oxide. The first phase of the East Helena, MT, expansion will cost up to $5.9 million and will be completed and operational by the end of 2003.
