American Career Centers Inc. Plans Name Change to Water Star Inc.

) Wednesday announced that its board of directors has recommended the company change its name to Water Star Inc.

After ACCI completed the acquisition of Water Star Bottling Inc. and its 85 percent owned subsidiary Geyser geyser (gī`zər) [Icel.], hot spring from which water and steam are ejected periodically to heights ranging from a few to several hundred feet.  Products on Feb. 28, 2002, the board of directors unanimously recommend that the company take the necessary steps to change its name to reflect the change in the company's business activities.

 Krucker, president of ACCI, stated, "It is our desire to have the name of our company more accurately reflect our business activities. At this time, Water Star Bottling, our newly acquired subsidiary, distributes its products in all 50 states.

"Consumers have already endorsed Water Star's unique product line and demonstrated its preference for Geyser's unique packaging and flavored drinks with about $8 million in annual sales for the past few years."

Since being acquired by ACCI, Water Star has moved to expand its already extensive distribution system. The company has added six new points of distribution in the greater New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of

Water Star was founded in 1992 utilizing ice-cold, pure spring water from North America's only cold water geyser. The company's unique natural water source is located south of Yellowstone National Park Yellowstone National Park, 2,219,791 acres (899,015 hectares), the world's first national park (est. 1872), NW Wyo., extending into Montana and Idaho. It lies mainly on a broad plateau in the Rocky Mts., on the Continental Divide, c.  and Jackson Hole Jackson Hole, fertile Rocky Mt. valley, c.50 mi (80 km) long and 6 to 8 mi (9.6–12.8 km) wide, NW Wyo., partly in Grand Teton National Park.
