American Career Centers Inc. Board of Directors Approves Acquisition of Water Star Bottling.

) Wednesday announced that its board has voted unanimously to approve the acquisition of Water Star Bottling Inc.

The companies signed a definitive agreement for the purchase of Water Star Bottling Inc. in a stock for stock exchange on Jan. 18 and final approval has now been obtained.
