American Campus Selected to Provide Third-Party Development at Edinboro University.


AUSTIN, Texas -- American Campus Communities, Inc. (NYSE:ACC), one of the nation's largest owners, managers and developers of high-quality student housing properties, today announced that it has been selected by the Edinboro University Foundation to provide development services for two phases of on-campus student housing containing 1,504 beds at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. The University is part of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education and has a student enrollment of approximately 7,000 students.

"This is our first development within the Pennsylvania State System, and we look forward to a strong relationship with the Edinboro University Foundation," said Bill Bayless, American Campus president and CEO. "We are excited about the scope of this project and assisting the Foundation in providing high-quality modern student housing for the Edinboro University campus."
