American Business Computers speeds delivery of its new juice dispensing system; largest single order in its history now includes tea dispensing.

AKRON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 12, 1995--American Business Computers Corp. (NASDAQ:ABCC ABCC - Acid Buffering Characteristic Curve (minerology)
ABCC - Airborne Command Center
ABCC - Airborne Communications Center
ABCC - Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (Massachusetts, USA)
ABCC - American Board of Chiropractic Consultants
ABCC - American Board of Clinical Chemistry
ABCC - American Business Card Club
ABCC - Apple Blossom Computer Club
ABCC - Arch Bridge Contracting Corporation
) announced today that it has been able to accelerate delivery of its new Juice Dispenser and that the system has a new feature -- iced tea dispensing.

Delivery is now scheduled to begin on Nov. 1 for a record initial $7 million order, a full quarter ahead of previously announced Feb. 1 start date.

According to CEO Robert A. Cutting, this order marks a substantial reduction in turnaround time between research and development and the initial commercial order for a major new product and demonstrates American Business Computer's ability to speed delivery as market demand builds. ``Our new system now has the added capability of dispensing sweetened and unsweetened iced tea as well as juice. American Business Computers is introducing a commercial breakthrough product that ensured quality through solid state electronics. The size of the initial order provides a strong indication that juice and iced tea dispensing is a major new product category for our beverage division,'' Cutting said. The microprocessor-driven system mixes and dispenses, ensuring a controlled mixture and an accurate, standard portion. In June, the company announced that it was filing for a patent on the controlling electronics and software.

American Business Computers is engaged in research, development and commercialization of automated dispensing technologies which have broad commercial applications.
