American Building Control Severs Ties with George Broady.

LEWISVILLE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 29, 2004

American Building Control, Inc. (Nasdaq:ABCX), a global provider of electronic systems and services for use in the security and surveillance industry, announces today that it has settled the outstanding severance and separation issues with George Broady, a former CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  and Chairman with the Company. The settlement does not affect Mr. Broady's stock ownership in the Company.

Danny Mills Daniel John "Danny" Mills (born May 18 1977 in Norwich, Norfolk) is an English professional footballer, who currently plays for Charlton Athletic currently on loan from Manchester City. His main position is right-back though he can also play in central defence. , Chief Executive Officer and President of American Building Control said, "We have reached an agreement with Mr. Broady to sever TO SEVER, practice. When defendants who are sued jointly have separate defences, they may in general sever, that is, each one rely on his own separate defence; each may plead severally and insist on his own separate plea. Mr. Broady was an instrumental part of the history of the Company and we have mutually decided that a clear separation will best conclude this chapter and enable both the Company and Mr. Broady to move on."
